Who We Are

What started out as a deli shop located on the Main (Saint-Laurent boulevard) in Montréal has turned into a thriving local business. Smoked to perfection with real wood and then left to rest in our controlled drying rooms, our salamis, hams and sausages will add bright flavors to all of your meals.
