We specialize in the production of handcrafted dry cured and cooked European charcuterie. Smoked with real wood, then left to rest in controlled atmosphere drying rooms. We allow time, to produce our fine flavored European styled products.
We use the finest cuts of pork from our local farms, we add Canadian ingredients, and 3 generations of time proven tradition. All of this is meticulously done in a HACCP accredited Establishment, in Montreal.
Our products are free of gluten, soya, MSG, mustard and added lactose. Our products have travelled to the United States of America, Puerto Rico, Caribbean, Mexico and Japan.
